1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Larger or bulk orders may require additional time, but customers will always be informed transparently in real time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to U.S. addresses. Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or natural disasters.

8. FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance

If we cannot ship your order within the stated time (or 30 days if no time is stated), we will contact you for consent to the delay or offer a prompt refund.
