Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products purchased from finixselect.com and receive a refund or replacement.

2. Return Window

We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@finixselect.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Affirm Orders

If you paid via Affirm, the refund will be sent to Affirm and applied to your loan. Affirm may adjust your payment schedule or remaining balance. Interest already paid may not be refunded.

7. Exchanges

For faster service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated Effective Date.
